Looking back at 2024!
Over the last month we’ve been celebrating our incredible community members, and some of their wins from the last year. There is so much work happening that we haven’t been able to include everyone so far and will be continuing to share celebrations from the community in the new year.
But we also want to take a moment to share a few of our own wins!
2024 has been a big year for All The Elements. We’ve expanded to a part-time team of six, put in place a lot of governance, spoken to more people, run more events than ever and continued to build and grow our resources. Over the year we have:
Provided over 150 1:1 support calls - hitting a huge milestone of 600 calls!
Ran five All The Elements (Online) Socials.
Ran three Disability Campaigners' (Online) Social.
Partnered with Wild Rumpus to deliver programming at Timber Festival supported by Patagonia.
Ran our Summit event, which brings together people of colour working on access and representation in the UK outdoors. Supported by Patagonia and HF Holidays.
Partnered with YHA Outdoor Citizens on The Outdoor Connection an event supporting leaders to scale and sustain their work, supported by Natural England and Sport England.
Reached a milestone of 300 groups on our community Directory.
Developed our written content to better amplify the amazing work happening in the community.
And so much more, as well as all our regular work behind the scenes.
None of this work would be possible without you: our community, partners & supporters. It’s all the people who make up All The Elements that make the community what it is and make the work possible.
So, as we finish this post, and wrap up on 2024 we’d like to finish with a final congratulations and thank you to you all. Thank you for everything you do, we can’t wait to see what 2025 brings 💙.
