What is Cycling UK’s 100 Women in Cycling List?

Women in Cycling celebrates women from all walks of life, across all levels of cycling who stand out as being inspirational to others. Every year Cycling UK highlights 100 exceptional women who promote cycling and encourage others to take part.

The list features inspirational women who are leading by example in this wonderful and life-enhancing activity. Women from all walks of life and every corner of the cycling world have been nominated, from mountain bikers and endurance cyclists to community group leaders, cycling school-run mums and industry entrepreneurs.

CeCe leads a ride on a sunny new forest day. She's riding a trike with other cyclists around her.

Celebrating CeCe’s Work

Cycling UK Shared that “CeCe has been nominated for her remarkable resilience and dedication to making cycling accessible for everyone. Known for her infectious enthusiasm, she encourages new cyclists and demonstrates that cycling can be fun and inclusive.”

CeCe is a ride leader at The New Forest Off Road Club (NFORC), has been featured in films and magazines, and inspires others through her story.

CeCe's mum, Vicky, said: “CeCe started cycling on a pull-along trike behind my bike and loved it. She still rides that if we're going on rides that involve roads or longer distances, but she has now started riding an ICE Trikes Adventure Trike. She loves cycling as it brings her so much joy and she loves sharing that with others and helping them find confidence and happiness on bikes.”

In their reel celebrating CeCe the NFORC shared “The first time we met CeCe, we saw a ride leader. Warm, encouraging, keen to get everyone involved. All kinds of people come out to ride bikes when Ce Ce is leading a ride.
